What do I need to book a session?

A 50% non-refundable deposit of your package and a contract signature.

The purpose of the deposit is to lock in your date + time. I do not save dates until the deposit has been paid, making your desired time slot up for grabs.

Can I have the unedited versions or raw files?

No.

How + when will I receive the files?

You will receive the edited images within 2 weeks of selecting your proofs via an online gallery through email. Here you may also purchase prints and mounted art of your images.

When do I pay the remainder? Can I pay all upfront?

The remainder of your session + travel fee (if applied) is due immediately following your shoot before we both depart. No images will be delivered until the final payment is made. My booking system is set up in two increments: deposit + final payment.

Will you re-touch (photoshop) how I look?

I do not alter my client’s appearance. I will take care of basic re-touching like removing small blemishes, hair fly’s, or glare, unless otherwise stated. You may request additional retouching for a separate fee.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If the weather is crazy/act of god/I am sick/etc, we will put your deposit toward a re-schedule. However, if you simply don’t show up to the session, the deposit will not be refunded. If you have booked a session [this does not include commercial work] and need to reschedule, your deposit can be put toward a re-schedule as long as I am notified within 14 days of your session. If you need to cancel and do not want to re-schedule, your deposit is not refunded.

How long do you store our images?

120 days. Be sure to download the images and create your own backups.
